Training : Optimise efficency to grow and increase turnover.
The #training was attended by Sébastien Hoareau representing a Premium brand, Leader on the Tableware market. Potten Pannen company was represented at the training by the managers of stores and sales representatives.
They appreciated the very friendly approach, open #communication and a great focus of the entire training.
Of course, all present employees are real Potten&Pannen professionals with years of #experience in selling high quality goods.
But they learned new knowledge and affirmed their existing knowledge and skills.
All were pleased that their experience and new skills could be shared also with others. In form of brainstorming and roleplaying.
In summary, all the Potten Pannen participants evaluate the training positively. They appreciate its contribution to further activity and impact of that #Premium brand in the portfolio of Potten Pannen company.
